In Common Social Club Terms of Service

Welcome to In Common! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our membership-based social club, events, and online community. By joining In Common, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership

1.1 Eligibility Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and over. While In Common is inclusive of all ages and genders, its primary demographic is adults aged 25-40.

1.2 Membership Fees Membership costs $96 per year for founding members and $144 per year once the founding membership closes. This fee grants access to the online community and exclusive club events. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.4 Membership Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. In Common reserves the right to terminate a membership for violation of these Terms.

2. Events and Participation

2.1 Event Access Membership includes access to at least 24 exclusive events per year. Most events will require an additional fee.

2.2 Code of Conduct Members are expected to behave respectfully and inclusively at all events and within the online community. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2.3 Event Tickets and Refunds Tickets for paid events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by In Common.

2.4 Liability Disclaimer By attending an event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. In Common is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during events.

3. Online Community Guidelines

3.1 Community Conduct The online community is a space for positive interactions. Hate speech, bullying, spamming, or inappropriate content will result in removal from the platform.

3.2 Privacy and Confidentiality Members must respect the privacy of others and not share personal information without consent. Unauthorized sharing of event details or discussions may result in account suspension.

4. Photography and Media Release

By attending In Common events, you consent to be photographed and/or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the In Common website, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform an event organizer upon arrival.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Billing Membership fees are billed yearly through the payment method provided at sign-up.

5.2 Failed Payments If a payment fails, access to In Common services may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5.3 Price Changes In Common reserves the right to modify membership fees with notice. Any changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

6. Termination

In Common reserves the right to terminate any membership that violates these Terms or engages in conduct detrimental to the community. Terminated members will not receive a refund on annual membership fees.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

In Common is not responsible for any third-party services or venues used for events. Members participate at their own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
